Film x Games x Comics Industry Networking Night
6th June 2025 at Henry’s Music Bar, Helsinki
Nearly 200 professionals from film, games, comics, and beyond gathered for the first edition of Film x Games x Comics Industry Networking, a new event format by Helsinki Film Lab designed to spark creative connections across disciplines.
Held at Henry’s Music Bar, the evening featured a lively transmedia panel with narrative designer Kurt McClung (Goldilocks), Joni Lappalainen (Dreamloop Games), and Olli Raudus (All Hats), who explored the challenges and opportunities of adapting IP across platforms.
The event was a full-house success, made possible in collaboration with Writers Guild of Finland (Sunklo), Käsikirjoittajien kilta, Espoo Game Lab, and ODDFest.
