We are excited to introduce the mentors of the Transmedia Game Jam Accelerator Programme. They are a group of experienced industry professionals who will support the teams through the programme with guidance, feedback, and expertise across development and marketing.

Christian Fonnesbech | Founder & Head of IP

Christian Fonnesbech is founder and Head of IP at Leverage. His team partners with games companies to develop lasting franchises. Recent clients include Bandai Namco, Pixel Federation, Raw Fury and Funcom. Christian and his crew focus on crafting game projects into lasting global properties. With a background spanning 35+ game projects, 100s of consulting projects, and leadership roles at Nordisk Games and Interactive Media Arts, Christian brings actionable insights to the development of lasting IPs and entertainment franchises.

Inari Revonjoki | Product Designer

Inari Revonjoki is a product designer specializing in systems design and transmedia storytelling, with a decade of experience adapting complex intellectual properties into interactive experiences. Having worked on major franchises including Assassin's Creed, Age of Mythology, Sherlock Holmes, and Warhammer, Inari brings knowledge in IP research, content strategy, and world-building.

Her work focuses on researching and establishing design pillars for beloved properties, architecting narrative systems, and leading cross-functional teams through complex adaptations. During her career, Inari analyzed IP potential for properties, developing frameworks for translating franchises into interactive formats while preserving core character dynamics and thematic depth.

Inari has mentored over 100 design projects, spoken at 10+ conferences, and appeared on 40+ podcasts discussing systems design, storytelling, and inclusive practices.

Tatu Petersen-Jessen | CEO & Co-Founder

CEO and Co-Founder of Odd Latent, an AI-native game studio built around GenAI as real production infrastructure from day one. Previously Senior Art Director at Rovio and Art Team Manager at Remedy, he has led large creative and production teams across mobile and AAA, overseeing pipelines, outsourcing, and hands-on development through scale and pressure. Tatu is passionate about philosophy, leadership, AI, and art -  and serious about improving how we work, think, and create across all of them.

Begüm Doğan | Marketing Strategist

Begüm Doğan, aka "The Marketing Witch" is a game marketing strategist, consultant, and coach with 13 years of experience in tech marketing, including 8 years in the games industry. She has worked with companies such as Nokia, Saxo Bank, and game studios as VRKiwi, where she led the marketing for the Cave Digger VR series and worked on the B2B publishing side, supporting external studios in bringing their games to market globally.

Today, she helps indie game developers break their marketing curse and find their own magic through her consultancy start-up, Hexen Marketing.

Jukka Jäske | Senior Legal Counsel

Jukka works for Fondia Oyj and advises clients primarily on legal matters related to intellectual property rights (IPR), contract law, and brand protection. He has specific experience in the entertainment industry, digital marketing, start-ups, and games industry. Prior to joining Fondia 2016, he worked as an in-house legal counsel at the Rovio Entertainment Ltd in Espoo, and as a lawyer in the Trademarks and Designs Unit of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.
